Join us April 17–21 for a weeklong celebration of the residential property management (RPM) industry — full of themed days, exciting challenges and great prizes. Let’s recognize the individuals who make valuable contributions to our industry!

For the challenges, submit your photos and captions for the daily themes below. You can submit multiple entries for each challenge and take part in as many challenges as you’d like. We can’t wait to see how you celebrate RPM Careers Week!

RPM Careers Week Challenges and Prizes

Dream Team Monday – April 17

What you do: Submit a photo of your team and tell us what makes them so great. All types of company staff are encouraged to take part.

What you could win: A meal or a local activity for your team.

Maintenance Tuesday – April 18

What you do: Submit a photo of your maintenance team or a maintenance technician and tell us what makes them so valuable to your community.

What you could win: A $50 Visa gift card for you and a $200 gift card for your nominee. Or nominate yourself and win a $250 Visa gift card!

Thank a Teammate Thursday – April 20

What you do: Submit a photo of an awesome teammate or mentor and tell us the impact they’ve had on you.

What you could win: A $100 Visa gift card for you and a $100 Visa gift card for your nominee.

Why I Love My RPM Career Friday – April 21

What you do: Take a photo of yourself at work and submit it with a two- to three-line caption telling us why you love your RPM career.

What you could win: A $50 Visa gift card and up to six continuing education credits.

Upload your challenge submissions (a photo and a short caption) by Friday, April 21, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time using the form below.

Step 2

April 27 – May 4 at noon Eastern time

Make sure to check RPM Careers’ Facebook and Instagram for an announcement of the finalists on Thursday, April 27. Then on our Facebook and Instagram, vote for your favorite entries by Thursday, May 4, at noon Eastern time. The photos with the most likes on Facebook and the most comments on Instagram will win!

On Friday, May 5, keep an eye on RPM Careers’ Facebook and Instagram for an announcement of the winners.
